Design

The backs of the seat don't lie flat against the frame when it's collapsed. It has a decent capacity for weight and it is a little easier to fit into the trunk than its competitors but the bulk could cause problems with public transportation since it's not to be able to conform to any 2'X4' rules that apply there.

Despite its size and weight the Combi Twin Cosmo earned a decent score in our maneuverability test. It required 25 pounds of weight suspended from the handle bar before it fell in the opposite direction, which is better than most of the competition but still not as impressive as the best performer in this metric, the Chariot Cougar 2.

It has excellent front wheel suspension, and its large rear wheels lockable to increase maneuverability.
